enhanced Greek yoghurt Tzatziki.

Braised Shoulder of lamb with a rich lamb jus flavoured ratatouille

V, Large open mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of goats cheese, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and onions on a tomato and rosemary cream sauce. (GF)
Quorn ‘mince’, bean and chilli burrito topped with grated cheese, soured cream and served with Cajun wedges.
Fillets of Pangasius…(a member of the shark/catfish family…white fish similar to cod/haddock), sandwiched together with a mixture of prawns, carrot, courgette, onions and garlic. Served with a white wine cream sauce..

Warm water black tiger prawns cooked in a coconut cream sauce with spinach, chilli, chickpeas and roasted peppers, served with a timbale of rice.(GF)
