Chicken Liver Parfait with Red onion Chutney and Toast. (With GF Toast)

Toasted, Pan-fried field Mushroom topped with a mixture of soft cheese, Onion, chilli and Chives, topped with a Welsh rarebit.

V, Mixed Bruschetta, topped with fresh chopped tomato, Red Onion, Garlic and Basil Oil and home made Hummus flavoured with chilli, garlic and Coriander.

Prawn and crayfish cocktail…..Atlantic prawns and crayfish mixed in a Marie rose sauce with diced apple, on a bed of chopped lettuce.

Pork fillet cooked with white wine, cream and sage, topped with ham and melted cheese

Breaded breast of Chicken, shallow fried and presented on a wholegrain mustard and sliced button mushrooms sauce.

Onion and smoke sauce.

Roast Round cut of Beef with an onion and red wine Jus. (GF)

Roasted Leg of Lamb with a Mint, Redcurrant Jelly and Rosemary gravy. (GF)

Grilled Salmon supreme with a creamy sauce of diced mixed courgettes, onions

and petit Pois..

V, Quorn ‘mince’, bean and chilli burrito topped with grated cheese, soured cream and served with Cajun wedges.

Fillets of Pangasius…(a member of the shark/catfish family…white fish similar to cod/haddock), sandwiched together with a mixture of prawns, carrot, courgette, onions and garlic. Served with a white wine cream sauce..
